Product Description
Personalized bar necklaces in bulk, engraved with a name, a word that matters, or the coordinates of a place your group shares. Each slim bar is laser-engraved by hand in our Virginia studio, so the lettering stays fine, dark, and legible for years. Order custom bar necklaces in bulk for bridesmaid sets, teams, corporate gifts, and church groups, with a free digital proof before we make a single piece.
Why groups choose our bulk bar necklaces
- Small bar, sharp lettering: your wording is laser-engraved in deep black contrast along the bar — names, dates, and coordinates stay crisp at a size meant to be read up close, and the mark won't peel or fade.
- A gift-ready finish: gold plated over stainless steel (gold) or polished stainless steel (silver), on a chain and ready to give. It won't tarnish or turn green, and it's hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
- Free proof first: we send a digital proof of your exact necklace for approval before production, so spelling, spacing, and layout are confirmed by you. Nothing is made until you say it's right.
- Made in the USA: every pack is engraved and packed by hand in Henrico, Virginia — never drop-shipped.

Bar necklaces for bridesmaids, teams, and company gifts
One bar, one line of text — simple enough to match across a whole group, personal enough that each wearer keeps it on.
- Bridesmaid and wedding sets: matching bars with your wedding date, the venue coordinates, or a word you share — a thank-you the whole party can wear together
- Teams and clubs: your team name, season, or motto engraved the same way for every member
- Corporate gifts: a clean, professional piece for employee milestones, client thank-yous, and conference gifts — your word or theirs, never a loud logo
- Church and ministry groups: a verse reference, a word of faith, or your group's name for retreats, confirmations, and appreciation gifts
- Graduations and reunions: class years, school names, and the coordinates of the place everyone met
Materials and quality
Our bar necklaces are cut from stainless steel — the gold finish is gold plated over stainless steel — so they don't tarnish, rust, or turn skin green. The metal is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, safe for sensitive skin and daily wear. Engraving is done with a fiber laser for a deep, permanent, black-contrast mark you can feel with a fingertip.
Add a message on the back
The front of the bar says it in a word — the back can say the rest. Add back engraving to any pack and put a date, initials, or a short private line on the reverse, where only the wearer knows it is. Select "Back engraving: Yes" above and write your text; it scales with your pack automatically.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for bulk bar necklaces?
10 pieces. Packs come in 10, 25, 50, and 100, and every card on our wholesale page follows the same 10-piece minimum.
How does the free proof work?
After you order and send your wording, we create a digital proof showing it on the bar exactly as it will be engraved and email it to you. Check the spelling and spacing carefully — we only start engraving after you approve it.
What fits on a bar?
A name, one or two short words, a date, or a set of coordinates. Short text engraves sharpest; if your line is long, we'll show you in the proof how it sits and suggest a trim if it needs one — there's no charge for the proof.
Can each necklace in the pack say something different?
Each pack is one wording in one color — that's how we keep bulk pricing low and quality consistent. For a set where every bar is different (for example, each bridesmaid's own name), add the names via back engraving, order separate packs, or use the quote form and we'll price a fully individualized set personally.
Can I mix colors in one pack?
Each pack is one color. You can order separate packs in silver and gold so every wearer gets their finish.
How long does a bulk order take?
Your proof arrives first; production begins the moment you approve it, and we'll confirm your ship date with the proof so you can plan around your wedding, event, or delivery date.
Do bulk packs ship free?
Bulk packs are heavy, so shipping is calculated at checkout by weight. Retail orders on our site ship free — bulk packs are the exception.
I need more than 100 pieces. What should I do?
Use the quote form on our wholesale page. We'll price larger and custom jobs personally, usually with a better per-piece rate.
