⏳ Production Time

Because each item is custom-made with care, please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• USA (USPS): 5–7 business days
• International (Standard USPS): 1–2 weeks

Please note: These timeframes begin after production is complete and are based on business days (weekends and holidays not included).

🌍 Customs & Duties

• International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Jowjewelry has no control over customs processes or delays.

📦 Delays & Lost Packages

• Estimated shipping times do not include delays caused by customs, weather, or service disruptions.
• In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, Jowjewelry is not liable, but we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to locate your order.

🏠 Address Information

• Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
• If your shipping and billing addresses are different, please specify this at checkout.

🔎 Tracking Your Shipment

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping details.
