Image Quality Guidelines for Your Custom Jewelry
To ensure the highest quality personalization for your jewelry, please make sure the uploaded images meet the following guidelines. Complaints will only be accepted if these conditions are met:
Image Requirements:
1. Image Quality:
The image must not be pixelated, blurred, or overly compressed.
2. Lighting:
The photo must have adequate natural or artificial lighting.
Avoid strong shadows, excessive glare or dark environments.
3. Composition:
The main object (person/animal) must be fully visible.
We do not accept images where parts like ears, heads or paws are cropped out.
4. Position:
The image should clearly display the face/shape of the object, either front-facing or in profile, depending on your request.
Make sure the object is centered and properly framed.
Note
If the uploaded image does not meet these criteria, we cannot be held responsible for the final engraving quality.
Complaints about the jewelry’s quality will not be accepted if the original image fails to comply with these guidelines.
