Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase (before the item ships). Since production begins right away, cancellations after this period may not be possible. To cancel, email us at [email protected] with your order number and full name.

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, email us at [email protected] with your full name, and our team will send you the confirmation details.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Yes! Just send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and the changes you’d like. Please note: changes may affect delivery times.

Can I return my jewelry?
Yes. All items, including personalized jewelry, can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date.
Non-personalized items: Refund available.
Personalized items: Refund, exchange, or store credit available (15% recycling fee applies).
What if the mistake is on your end?
If we made an error, we’ll remake or refund your item at no cost to you.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email [email protected]. Our team will reply within 24 hours with instructions and a return label. Please ship the item back within 10 days of receiving the label. (The label cost is already included in the recycling fee—no extra charges apply.)
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

What materials do you use?
Our gold-plated jewelry uses high-quality 1.5-micron plating. Durability depends on care, skin type, and exposure to moisture. Rings and bracelets may wear faster than earrings or necklaces due to more skin contact.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Store in a dry place or sealed bag when not worn.
Remove before showering, exercising, or swimming.
Wipe with a soft lint-free cloth after use.
For sterling silver or stainless steel: use silver polish, lemon juice, or even toothpaste on a soft toothbrush, then rinse and dry.
