Bulk QR Code Keychains

QR code keychains in bulk, laser-engraved with a code your customers can scan with any phone — straight to your menu, your Wi-Fi login, your Google review page, your socials, or your payment link. Each bar keychain is engraved by hand in our Virginia studio, so the code stays crisp and scannable for years, not printed on paper that tears or plastic that cracks. Order personalized keychains in bulk for your tables, your front desk, your team, or your next event, with a free digital proof before we make a single piece.

Why businesses choose our QR code keychains

• A scan that keeps working: your QR code is laser-engraved in deep black contrast on metal — it won't smudge, peel, fade, or wash off like printed table cards and stickers.
• One keychain, any destination: send scanners wherever you need them — a menu, a booking page, a review link, an Instagram profile, a tip or payment page. You choose the link; we build the code.
• Free proof first: we send a digital proof of your exact keychain for approval before production — and we test-scan the code ourselves before anything is engraved. Nothing is made until you say it's right.
• Made in the USA: every pack is engraved and packed by hand in Henrico, Virginia — never drop-shipped.

QR code keychains for restaurants, services, and venues

An engraved QR keychain puts your most important link in your customer's hand — and keeps it there, on their keys, long after a paper card would be in the trash.

• Restaurants and cafes: table keychains that open your menu, your specials page, or your Google review link the moment guests sit down
• Salons and spas: hand clients a keychain that scans to online booking, your price list, or your Instagram
• Hotels and rentals: key fobs for room keys that open Wi-Fi details, house guides, or checkout instructions
• Churches and community groups: one scan to the giving page, event calendar, or welcome form for new members
• Food trucks and market stalls: a durable code for your menu and mobile payment links that survives the counter, the weather, and the wash

Materials and quality

Our bar keychains are cut from stainless steel — the gold finish is gold plated over stainless steel — so they don't tarnish, rust, or turn skin green. The metal is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, safe for everyday carry. Engraving is done with a fiber laser for a deep, permanent, black-contrast mark; that sharp contrast is exactly what phone cameras need, so the code reads fast and scans cleanly.

Add a message on the back

The code does the talking on the front — the back is yours. Add back engraving to any pack and put your business name, a phone number, a short thank-you, or "Scan me" instructions on the reverse. Select "Back engraving: Yes" above and write your text; it scales with your pack automatically.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for bulk QR code keychains?

10 pieces. Packs come in 10, 25, 50, and 100, and every card on our wholesale page follows the same 10-piece minimum.

What can my QR code link to?

Any web address: a menu, a Google review page, a Wi-Fi or guest-information page, a booking system, a social profile, a video, or a payment link. If it opens in a browser, we can engrave a code that opens it.

How does the free proof work?

After you order and send your link, we build your QR code, create a digital proof showing it on the keychain, and email it to you. We test-scan the code before engraving and again after; we only start production once you've approved the proof.

Can I change where the code points later?

The engraving itself is permanent, so the link you give us is the link the code opens. If you may need to change the destination later, point the code at a link-forwarding or link-in-bio page you control — then you can update the final destination on your side anytime without replacing keychains.

Can I mix colors or different links in one pack?

Each pack is one link and one design in one color — that's how we keep bulk pricing low and quality consistent. You can order separate packs for each location, color, or link.

How long does a bulk order take?

Your proof arrives first; production begins the moment you approve it, and we'll confirm your ship date with the proof so you can plan around your opening, event, or launch.

Do bulk packs ship free?

Bulk packs are heavy, so shipping is calculated at checkout by weight. Retail orders on our site ship free — bulk packs are the exception.

I need more than 100 pieces. What should I do?

Use the quote form on our wholesale page. We'll price larger and custom jobs personally, usually with a better per-piece rate.
